OW TO KNOW AND DO THE WILL OF GOD As we come into a new year, maybe like me you want to do the will of God ,you want a better walk with God Which has been the root of the success of great men in the scriptures and even in contemporary times. What is the will of God? The will of God (r atson - in Hebrew) is the desire,delight and what is acceptable to God and (thelma-in greek) is the purpose, determination, His choice(decree),His inclination (pleasure, desire). The will of God is expressly spelt outside in the scripture, His word to us is His will- that is what He desires( and He is determined to do). Each time you see" I will" from the mouth of God its what He is determined to do, it is also a certain promise. Can God's will change ? When God's promise or intention becomes conditional, that is,in response to the action of another, then God's will becomes subject to the response of the other part involved.His will does not change ;but it's made to bear...

THESE ISSUES SAY 'HEY,LOOK AT ME' 'SETTLE ME', 'FOCUS ON ME' , 'MAKE ME YOUR PRIORITY'.MORE OFTEN THAN NOT,WE PAUSE IN OUR JOURNEY TO THE TOP AND SOMETIMES EVEN STOP TO ATTEND TO THESE ROADBLOCKS.THEY COME THE WAY OF EVERYONE WHO IS GOING SOMEWHERE IN LIFE,(INFACT THE MORE GLORIOUS YOUR DESTINATION,THE MORE ROADBLOCKS TO EXPECT,SO CHEER UP)AND THEY TEMPORARILY STALL OUR STRIDE,OUR FOCUS IS TURNED OFTEN AND OFTEN TO THESE CHALLENGES AND GOD HELP YOU IF THEY COME QUICKLY ONE AFTER THE OTHER. Have ever had to face the punishment for a disobedient act as a child?  When you knew that you really were in trouble with your parents or as we say in my place ( you have entered okro soup) you knew you were about  to face the repercussion of  your ill-behavior, it seems.. How can you remain unshakeable and immoveable in the midst of struggles, difficulties and trials? Trials are part of the journey of life. These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. - John 16:33 ' Shall ', in the text, means they are bound to come, tribulation represents distressing, suffering, and trying experiences. The interesting thing is that trials work for our good, what you are going through is working for your good.
