ON OUR WAY TO  OUR PROMISE LAND,CHALLENGES,ROADBLOCKS,HINDRANCES,ALL MANNER OF ISSUES MANY DEMANDING IMMEDIATE SOLUTION ,SOME THREATING OUR JOY& PEACE COME OUR WAY.THEIR PURPOSE IS TO DISTRACT US AND MAKE US LOSE FOCUS.
THESE  ISSUES SAY 'HEY,LOOK AT ME' 'SETTLE ME', 'FOCUS ON ME' , 'MAKE ME YOUR PRIORITY'.MORE OFTEN THAN NOT,WE PAUSE IN OUR JOURNEY TO THE TOP AND SOMETIMES EVEN STOP TO ATTEND TO THESE ROADBLOCKS.THEY COME THE WAY OF EVERYONE WHO IS GOING SOMEWHERE IN LIFE,(INFACT THE MORE GLORIOUS YOUR DESTINATION,THE MORE ROADBLOCKS TO EXPECT,SO CHEER UP)AND THEY TEMPORARILY STALL OUR STRIDE,OUR FOCUS IS TURNED OFTEN AND OFTEN TO THESE CHALLENGES AND GOD HELP YOU IF  THEY COME QUICKLY ONE AFTER THE OTHER.
EACH TIME WE FOCUS ON OR TAKE TIME TO MOURN OR PAMPER THESE OBSTACLES,WE ARE IMPEDED OR DELAYED FROM REACHING THE GOAL SET BEFORE US.
SINCERELY THESE CHALLENGES NEED ATTENTION,THEY COME IN THE WAY OF NEEDS,LIFE ISSUES,LOSSES AND IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES BUT GUESS WHAT THEY ARE? DISTRACTIONS AND WHAT IS THEIR GOAL?
- TO IMPEDE OR DERAIL OUR JOURNEY
- TO REMOVE OUR EYES FROM JESUS& OUR GOAL
- TO ULTIMATELY STOP US FROM REACHING THE GOAL.
SO HOW DO I GET RID OF THESE DISTACTIONS? SO THAT I WILL FINISH MY COURSE WITH JOY.

DISTRACTIONS AINT EASY TO GET RID OF,BUT THE HOLYSPIRIT SHARED THIS WITH ME (AS I  LISTRNED TO MY FATHER SPEAK,YOU WANT TO KNOW?

1.DONT FOCUS ON YOUR CHALLENGES,(THE MORE YOU LOOK,THE BIGGER THEY BECOME)
Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.- HEBREWS 12:2 KJV
2_SET THE LORD ALWAYS BEFORE YOU.:HE WILL ENSURE YOU DONT DERAIL
I have set the Lord always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.-PSALM:16:8 KJV, did you say 'HOW CAN I MAKE GOD MY PRIORITY? THIS SITUATION IS STARING ME IN THE FACE,IT MUST BE SETTLED BEFORE I CAN MOVE AHEAD'.
SET GOD NOT THE CHALLENGE BEFORE YOU,GET GOD ON THE SCENE,HOW?
ITS YOUR PRAISE NOT YOUR GRUMBLING THAT  GETS GOD ON THE SCENE,
Psalm 22:3 KJV -But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel
GOD DWELLS IN PRAISE,GIVE GOD PLENTY PRAISE,GIVE HIM PRAISE FOR WHO HE IS.EACH TIME THE CHALLENGE COMES TO MIND,PRAISE HIM FOR THE INTEGRITY OF HIS WORD,PRAISE HIM FOR HIS FAITHFULNESS,PRAISE GOD INSTEAD OF SORROWING. EACH TIME,THE DEVIL REMINDS YOU OF THE ISSUES,INSTEAD OF WORRYING,PRAISE GOD.
DO YOU KNOW WHAT? CHALLENGES,ROADBLOCKS ,HINDRANCES WHICH ARE MEANT TO DISTRACT YOU, ARE AFRAID OF YOUR GOD AND MY GOD,YOUR FATHER AND MY FATHER- THEY FLEE WHEN GOD SHOWS UP!

Judah was his sanctuary, and Israel his dominion. [3] The sea saw it , and fled: Jordan was driven back. [4] The mountains skipped like rams, and the little hills like lambs. If you've read part 1 of this series, you probably thought - wow! Who wouldn't like this?. God's favour brings a refreshing Proverbs 16:15 KJV In the light of the king's countenance is life; and his favour is as a cloud of the latter rain. Picture this scene. It's a really hot day during the dry season and it hasn't rained in about two weeks. You're standing out in the open, feeling like a human egg on a frying pan, then suddenly, right above you, the sky darkens, the cloud split open, and rain begins to pour right on you. if you can't imagine it, look at this;  Refreshing isn't it?. It was God's favour and wisdom upon Joseph that made Pharaoh install him as governor; Acts 7:10 KJV And delivered him out of all his afflictions, and gave him favour and wisdom in the sight of Pharaouh king of Egypt; and he made him governor over Egypt and all his house.
